As the 2020/21 season is nearing its end and with the summer transfer window on the horizon,

The 28-year-old's value has dropped by £4.50m and he's currently valued at £36m.
Ziyech has made 26 appearances for Chelsea this season, scored and assisted 4 times.

James' value unlike his teammate Ziyech, has raised by £4.50m and is currently at £36m.
The right-back has been showing impressive performances under Thomas Tuchel, whenever he's on the pitch.
The 21-year-old has earned an England call-up by Gareth Southgate and will play in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
8 Jorginho

Jorginho has been one of the key men starting under Tuchel. His market value dropped as well, as he's now valued at £40.5 instead of £58.5m.
The 29-year-old has made 28 appearances for the west London side this season, having scored 7 goals and assisted once.
7 Mateo Kovacic

Kovacic's value hasn't changed and he is valued at £40.5m.
The Croatia international has also been regular under new boss, as he has played 36 games for Chelsea.
6 Christian Pulisic

Pulisic's market value has massively dropped (by £9m) and is now at £45m as he currently struggles for game under the German coach.
The American has made 28 appearances for the Blues this season, having netted and assisted twice.
5 Ben Chilwell

The 24-year-old has also earned an England call-up recently, having impressed under Tuchel.
4 N'Golo Kante

Even though, his market value dropped by £4.5m and he's currently valued at £49.5m, Kante still remains a key player having played 36 games this season.
3 Mason Mount

Mount has been one of the essential starters for Chelsea. After Frank Lampard's departure, many had predicted the youngster will struggle under new coach, however Mount just keeps on shining.
The 22-year-old's market value has raised by £13.5m and he's currently valued at £54m. The England international has played 39 games this season, having scored and assisted 6 times.
2 Timo Werner

Werner had been struggling in the beginning of this season, however, things seem to be getting better for him.
The 25-year-old still remains one of the most expensive Chelsea players (£58.5m), even though, his market value has dropped lately by £4.5m.
The Germany international has made 39 appearances this season, has scored and assisted 10 goals.

The youngster is the most expensive player at the west London with £63m market price, although his value has dropped by £9.9m.
