  Marcelo Bielsa has spoken out on Kalvin Phillips amid Manchester United links. United have been heavily linked with a move for Phillips recently. The Leeds midfielder is one of the key players of Bielsa's side. During this season he has made 7 appearances in which he has scored one goal. Speaking on Phillips's future, Bielsa said: "That's a question for Kalvin to answer. But he has a conduct I've rarely seen in a player. He will be loved definitively in the place he belongs. "Of course for us he is a very valuable player. We have to adapt ourselves to how he feels belonging to Leeds and the manner he develops. "One day he will stop playing for Leeds and the way he does it will convert him to an idol forever. I have a feeling. It's intuition. I'm sure he would only leave if he sees the link to the place he was born remains intact. He will know how to do this."
