Manchester United target breaks silence on potential exit from PSV

Manchester United are believed to be preparing a £25million bid for PSV player Steven Bergwijn. Reportedly they have sent scouts to check on the player this season. United have already watched the 21 year-old in action this season as they continue to scout for options to add natural width to their team for the Premier League run-in. The player, who has been capped twice by the Netherlands, said: "I am not concerned with big clubs or with rumours about interest", according to the Sun . "I have remained with PSV this summer because I want to continue the line here to the end of the season." The winger signed an extended deal in June to stay at the Phillips Stadion until 2022, and PSV rejected bids from Torino and Bordeaux for the player in the summer.
