Manchester United are interested in signing Jasper Cillessen and have started negotiations to land the goalkeeper.
De Gea has refused to sign a new deal and United’s final contract offer was rejected by the Spaniard earlier this month and now they are in search for a new goalkeeper, Mundo Deportivo claim.
Barcelona want £22million of the 30-year-old, a figure United are thought to be prepared to meet. Cillessen wants to move this summer in search of regular football after just eleven appearances in the 2018/19 season.
Benfica are also interested in Cillessen and appear to be the frontrunners to sign the goalkeeper.
