  Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes has spoken out on Jesse Lingard, who is currently on loan at West Ham. Lingard joined the Hammers in the winter transfer window on loan for the remainder of the season. Since joining West Ham, Lingard has been impressive with having scored 9 goals and providing 4 assists in 13 matches. “If you see Jesse, I think Jesse, at the moment, if you watch the last 10 games, has been top, top, top level,” Fernandes told MUTV. "For me, if you watch the last 10 games, he’s been the best player in the Premier League, scoring and assists in every game. "Everyone here is really, really happy for him.
