Manchester United player Romelu Lukaku has been linked with a move away from the club with Inter Milan interested in his services.
Lukaku joined United in 2017 when the club beat Chelsea to his signature and the initial fee was a hefty £75m. However, that’s since risen to around £90m. And United will now demand in excess of £80m to give the 26-year-old. Inter Milan newly appointed boss Antonio Conte is set to make Lukaku his first signing at the club, having failed to land him twice before.
Lukaku reportedly agreed personal terms with Inter officials during a discreet trip to Italy earlier this month.
Solskjaer wants a more ‘mobile’ attacker once Lukaku leaves, though he considers Marcus Rashford to be his first choice centre forward.
