Manchester United's Argentine starlet Alejandro Garnacho opened up about his time at Old Trafford in an interview with a local outlet, mentioning that Lisandro Martinez is like his father figure in the team.
“Lisandro is like my dad in Manchester. He helps me a lot in everything he can. When I do something well, fine; when I do it wrong, he also tells me. He talks to me about the national team and helps me a lot.” said the 18-year-old via TYc Sports, who interviewed the World Cup winner upon his arrival to Argentina to train for international duty.
Lisandro and Garnacho are the only Argentinian players in Manchester United, and their special bond has been evident on many occasions.

When Garnacho joined the victories Argentina national team, there have been some criticism followed by his arrival connected to the fact that the youngster is half-Spanish and has been born and raised there. “I did not doubt anything because I feel Argentine, I am Argentine said the Red Devil to address this and added that his whole family were on his side throughout this decision.
