Manchester United plot breathtaking double swoop for €200m strike duo

Manchester United are being tipped to make bids for two of European Football’s star attackers in Paulo Dybala and Antoine Griezmann, according to several reports. Griezmann has played his final match for Atletico Madrid and has confirmed he leave the Wanda Metropolitano this summer when his exit clause reduces to €104m. Sport reports, Griezmann is not liked by Barcelona’s players after the way he conducted himself last summer. The attacker angered them with his documentary labelled “The Decision” in which he announced he had opted to stay put at Atletico Madrid. Griezmann’s release clause at Atletico Madrid currently stands at €200m (£175m) but will come down to €100m (£87m) at the start of July. If United meet the current release clause they could steal a march on their rivals. Meanwhile, United continue to be linked with Juventus forward Paulo Dybala, with reports again suggesting an approach is imminent from the Old Trafford outfit. Dybala’s brother and agent confirmed last week the Argentinian forward would leave Turin this summer, with Cristiano Ronaldo touted as the main reason.
