Manchester United 'name their price' for Chris Smalling as Roma eye permanent transfer

Manchester United will demand £25million from Roma for Chris Smalling. Smalling joined AS Roma on a season-long loan last summer and now the Serie A side looks to secure the defender’s services on a permanent basis. However, according to Metro, Roma are said to be shocked by United's valuation and are reconsidering whether a swoop for the 30-year-old would represent value for money. Roma were expecting to be able to strike a deal for less than £20million. Smalling is keen on extending his stay at the Stadio Olimpico. Source: The Mirror Join us on Telegram!
