Manchester City’s appeal against a two-year ban from European competition will be heard by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on June 8-10.
City were banned on February 14 for breaking the rules of UEFA's Financial Fair Play, after being found guilty by an Adjudicatory Chamber of the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB).
The club chief executive Ferran Soriano reacted to the allegations as "false" and added that they "will do everything that can be done to prove so".
Earlier this month, Kevin De Bruyne has opened up on the club's appeal to Belgian outlet
Het Laatste Nieuws.
He told:
"The club has told us that they will appeal the decision, and they are 100 per cent convinced that they are in the right."
