Manchester City star Kevin de Bruyne could claim Guinness World Record this season

Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold set a Guinness World Record for his 12 assists in the 2018/19 Premier League campaign. While the youngster is often Liverpool’s main source of creativity, Kevin de Bruyne plays the same role under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City. De Bruyne has created eight assists after just eight games of the season meaning the Premier League assist record is well within his sights. Arsenal icon Thierry Henry is the current record holder, providing 20 goals for his teammates in the 2002/03 season. The 28-year-old is currently averaging 1.21 assists per 90 minutes meaning the record is definitely achievable. Join Us on Telegram! Follow Us on Twitter! Like Us on Facebook!
