Manchester City sent warning by Real Madrid duo after Champions League victory

Casemiro warned Manchester City that Real Madrid are more than capable of causing an upset in the second leg. City produced a stunning late fightback as goals from Gabriel Jesus and Kevin de Bruyne secured a memorable 2-1 win at Real Madrid. “The tie isn't finished with this result. We played 75 spectacular minutes against a great team,” Madrid midfielder Casemiro said. “Then in just 15 minutes, we didn’t do any of what we should have done. That’s why they fought back and cancelled out our lead. We’ve got a lot of work ahead of us now. If there’s any team capable of overcoming this deficit in the second leg, it is Real Madrid." Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane echoed Casemiro's sentiments. “We have to go there and win – but Real Madrid can do that,” Zidane said. “We know what we need to do, go there and win so we can move ahead, we know that but even with a favourable result here we’d have to win the second leg.
