Manchester City are set to face Wolves on Saturday, December 11, as the Premier League action resumes.
And ahead of the match City have received an injury boost as Phil Foden and Nathan Ake are expected to be available for selection.
Ake was taken off with a back injury while Foden complained of problems with his ankle that saw him substituted in Champions League fixture against RB Leipzig in the midweek.
But the assessments back in Manchester on Wednesday indicated that they should both be fit for the Premier League game at the weekend.
This comes as a further boost for Pep Guardiola with Aymeric Laporte and Gabriel Jesus - who missed the Champions League game in Leipzig with minor issues - both back in the gym with the rest of the squad.
