Manchester City reach total agreement for Ferran Torres transfer

Manchester City have reached an agreement with Valencia for the transfer of Ferran Torres, according to journalist Hector Gomes. The Citizens considered Torres as their main target after Leroy Sane's departure from Etihad to Bayern Munich. And Gomes claims, Pep Guardiola's side have reached a total agreement for the Spanish winger.
