Manchester City eye Leicester man as Kompany replacement

Manchester City are reportedly considering a January move for Leicester star Caglar Soyuncu. Soyuncu has shone for the Foxes this season with Brandan Rodgers’ side second in the Premier League, three points ahead of City. Pep Guardiola has serious defensive concerns with Aymeric Laporte a long-time injury absentee and Vincent Kompany having left the club. However, Soyuncu’s agent has said that te player is not leaving the King Power Stadium any time soon. “After such performances in the Premier League, it is quite natural for transfer news to appear,”  Dogru told Turkish radio station Radyospor. “Caglar now focuses on the success of the team. A transfer is neither on his nor the club’s agenda.
