Manchester City are interested in Alexis Sanchez

Manchester City will reportedly have a huge amount in their bank to spend in the summer signing this season. According to the Athletic's Sam Lee, Pep Guardiola's side could have up to £300m on their budget. “I’ve heard a crazy figure that Man City are willing to spend this summer - £300M, maybe. Obviously, that would include player sales, and I don’t know if that’s going to include Gabriel Jesus for example who might get similar to Sané or more," wrote Lee.

    Surprisingly, the first player who has been linked with a move to Manchester City after Lee's claims is Manchester United's loanee, Alexis Sanchez. According to La Cuarta, City have returned to ‘make contact’ with Alexis Sanchez’s entourage to find out the conditions needed to take him away from Manchester United - who are ready to sell for €19.2M. Sanchez is currently on a loan spell at Inter Milan after a disappointing season with United. The Chilean joined United from Arsenal in 2018.
