Liverpool have signed Takumi Minamino from RB Salzburg for a £7.25million, who joined the Reds in 2020.
However, the Japanese star isn't the first player, who played for the Merseysider. Liverpool former star Sadio Mane was one of the players who used to play for Red Bull Salzburg. The Senegal international presented the Austrian outfit from 2012 to 2014, before joining Southampton, after which he signed for the Premier League giants in 2016.
Naby Keita is another player, who has played for the Red Bulls. The Guinean midfielder spent two years at Red Bull Arena, after which he joined RB Leipzig and in 2018 signed for Liverpool.
