Trent Alexander-Arnold put the home side ahead with a fine free-kick in the first half, before Mohamed Salah made it 2-0 to the Reds with a cool finish just before half-time. Liverpool have confirmed that Nathaniel Clyne will leave the club at the end of this month upon the expiry of his contract.
Clyne has been a Reds player since 2015. In January of 2019, he joined Bournemouth on loan for the remainder of 2018/19 season.
