Jurgen Klopp has named three Liverpool players who can step up to the pitch in the absence of Fabinho. Brazilian midfielder Fabinho was injured in the Reds’ 2-0 victory over Midtjylland in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Klopp admitted the injury was the “last thing” he needed after Liverpool recently lost Virgil van Dijk to an ACL injury. However, the German is trying to remain optimistic in the face of Liverpool’s growing injury problems.

Jamie Carragher picked out defender Trent Alexander-Arnold as a star man during Liverpool’s win in the Champions League on Tuesday night. The Reds achieved a 2-0 victory at Anfield against Danish side FC Midtjylland in the Champions League group stages.
Jurgen Klopp’s side managed just two shots on target and one was a decisive opening goal in the 55th minute. Carragher was majorly impressed with England international Alexander-Arnold for his performance on the Champions Leagues stage.

Jurgen Klopp slams Premier League over Man City treatment
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has slammed Premier League over Manchester City’s full fixture list. City made the trip to London on Saturday afternoon to play West Ham United, under 72 hours after their Champions League victory over Porto.
The 2020-21 campaign was delayed meaning there are now more fixtures to fit in before this term’s conclusion. Pep Guardiola’s side’s clash in France with Marseille is their fourth game in just 11 days and despite his side being City’s biggest rivals in recent years, the Liverpool manager has expressed his concern over how Premier League organisers are treating some of the English teams involved in Europe.
