Liverpool in advanced talks to sign €13m defender after failing to agree a fee with Norwich City for Jamal Lewis

Liverpool were interested in signing Norwich City defender Jamal Lewis, however, it has been reported by The Athletic's James Pearce that the Reds have failed to agree a fee with Norwich City. It has been also reported that the Reds are in advanced talks to sign Olympiakos defender Konstantinos Tsimikas for around €13m.
