Jurgen Klopp will travel to Qatar, while Liverpool’s U-23 coach Neil Critchley will manage the squad during the Carabao Cup quarterfinal against Aston Villa.
As Merseyside club will play two matches in two days in two different continents, a decision has been made to leave young players who have been playing in Carabao Cup so far.
Rhian Brewster, Caoimhin Kelleher, Sepp van den Berg, Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott are all supposed to travel to Villa Park, while first team will travel to Qatar.
Liverpool will start Club World Cup from semi-finals.
