Liverpool could be without trio as for a sometime next season with the Africa Cup of Nations dates expected to be moved this week.
AFCON 2021 are scheduled to be played in the summer in Cameroon, but the country’s climate during June and July has forced CAF into a re-think.
CAF president Ahmad Ahmad said earlier this week that the dates could be revised for the tournament, which would mean disruption for many European-based African internationals.
Thus, Egypt captain Mohamed Salah, Senegal star Sadio Mane and Guinea player Naby Keita could be forced to Miss Liverpool games.
No date change has been made official by the CAF as of yet, but various reports on Tuesday have claimed a decision is imminent.
