Liverpool confirm injury BLOW ahead of Atletico Madrid Champions League clash

  Liverpool are preparing to face Atletico Madrid in the Champions League group stage on Tuesday, October 19. Ahead of the game, Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Curtis Jones will miss the clash. Jones is currently sidelined with a minor injury due to which he missed the victory over Watford on Saturday. Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Monday, Klopp said: "Unfortunately, Curtis was only with us in the warming up and will be here in Liverpool to hopefully make the final steps to full training. "Today he did only warming up and then did his stuff, but still individual training and we decided to leave him here to continue that.
