Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson photographed leaving hospital

Jordan Henderson was photographed leaving a hospital in Liverpool on Friday following a scan on his injured hamstring. The Reds captain was replaced with James Milner in the end of the Champions League defeat to Atletico Madrid on Tuesday after pulling up with the problem. Henderson drove to the medical facility in his Mercedes, but parked his car across two disabled bays and returned some time later having undergone a scan, but is unlikely to feature in Liverpool's Premier League clash with West Ham on Monday. Mirror In a post-match interview, head coach Jurgen Klopp said: "Hendo felt his hamstring, unfortunately.  “We have to wait. He was not too concerned but enough to go off obviously." The injury comes as a blow to Liverpool, as Henderson is one of the team's key performers so far this season. However, Liverpool have a great number of options to cover, with Naby Keita also recently returning to full fitness, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has enjoyed a run in the team of late.
