Liverpool youngster Sheyl Ojo is set to join Rangers on loan. Ojo has been a top target for Gerrard as he looks to build a squad to challenge Celtic’s domestic dominance.
The winger has been on loan at Wigan, Wolves, Fulham and Reims and a switch to Rangers is now on.
The Rangers boss is desperate to add quality to his ranks thos summer.
“We’re a lot closer than people think but the next four, five, six signings are going to be so big for this club, to take us to the next level, to be better in the cups, better in Europe and be closer in the league," he said earlier this year.
