Leicester City boss Claude Puel says Adrien Silva is free to leave the club this month and admits he doesn’t have a place for the midfielder in his team.
"He is a footballer who has not counted on a lot of playing time, he cannot be happy, because playing football is his life, you have to understand that and I understand him, I was a player and I always wanted to play," said Puel.
"We have a balanced squad and give time to all players, I respect them. I will deal with this in the transfer window. I will balance the squad by letting some players go on loan or even sell them.
"He is a perfect professional, he has given his best, but we have a lot of players for the midfield, which is something that I have to manage."
