Kevin De Bruyne sends warning to Manchester City teammates after Real Madrid victory

Manchester City celebrated an away 1-2 win over Real Madrid in the Champions League round of 16 first leg game on Wednesday, February 26. However, Kevin De Bruyne, who assisted City's first goal and scored the second, says that they are "only halfway there". "It's a big team and a big stadium and we know that Madrid is one of the favourites but I think we came here with a goal to have a good performance today, that's what we did," De Bruyne told BT Sport. "We're only halfway there, it's going to be an important game at home but now we have Sunday, a final, so now we have to recover as quick as possible and be ready to win on Sunday."  Manchester City's upcoming game will be on Sunday against Aston Villa in the EFL Cup final. source - Manchester Evening News
