Juventus ready to take Pogba off Manchester United hands

Juventus are ready to step up their push for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba the coming days, according to Tuttosport. The Old Lady are pushing the Red Devils to discuss a loan in January with a permanent option triggered in June. Paul Pogba’s attitude has sparked Jose Mourinho into reaching for some especially invective comments. He showed a wretched display against Southampton on Saturday evening, losing possession throughout and being one of the reasons that once the side were back level. According to Daily Record, Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is reported to have called the French Midfielder ‘a virus and said: “You don’t play. You don’t respect players and supporters. And you kill the mentality of the good honest people around you.” Manchester United came from behind to secure a 2-2 draw with Southampton in their Premier League match. Despite the interest of Barcelona and Inter Milan, Turin sources are adamant Juve are the favoured option for Pogba.
