Jurgen Klopp confirms Liverpool trio will miss Champions League clash vs FC Midtjylland

Jurgen Klopp has confirmed Joel Matip, Naby Keita and Thiago Alcantara are unavailable for the Champions League clash against FC Midtjylland. Reds are set to face the Danish side on Wednesday evening, while ahead of the clash Klopp has provided an injury update on the club trio. Manager has revealed none of the players will be available for the upcoming fixture. “Don’t think so,” he said. “It’s still what I said last week: we look day by day but it looks like we’ll need a few more days. “So for tomorrow night, they’ll probably not be ready.” Matip and Alcantara were out of action after the club's Merseyside derby with Everton, while Keita has not played since coming off at half-time against Aston Villa just before the international break.
