Journalist hails Wolves "fantastic player"

Seb Stafford-Bloor has praised Wolverhampton Wanderers' star Daniel Podence. The 24-year-old joined Wolves in the January transfer window from Olympiacos in a £17.64 million deal, and has so far gone on to make 10 appearances for the club, providing one assist. Over the seven appearances Podence has made in the Premier League, he has averaged a disappointing WhoScored match rating of just 6.36/10, however, only two have been starts, meaning that he has not often had a great deal of time to fully immerse himself in a match. Speaking to Football Writers Podcast, Stafford-Bloor has hailed Podence as he said: “I really like Daniel Podence, he looks a really good player. I saw him play against Burnley [on Wednesday].
