Jose Mourinho could be set for more transfer frustration when the January window opens. Manchester United boss was furious that he failed to sign his top targets during summer transfer window. Among targets were Harry Maguire, Toby Alderweireld, Milan Skriniar, Nikola Milenkovic, but the Independent reports that United is not making any serious offers.
