Jack Harrison sends message to Leeds teammates after disappointing draw with Luton

Leeds United played a 1-1 draw with Luton Town in the Championship on Tuesday, June 30. Harry Cornick opened the score in the 50th minute, while Leeds' Stuart Dallas equalized in the 63rd minute. After the game, Jack Harrison spoke out on the draw. “We would have liked to have got the three points and it is frustrating in that aspect,” said Harrison. “But we have to stay positive, we have a quick turnaround now and we have to be prepared for that. “I think we have to try and control what we can control and focus on ourselves. We just have to keep taking things game by game. “Going into every game, we know how important it is, every game is a final and we need to get as many points as we can to get promoted. “We have to stay focused and not get too carried away with where we are in the table.” “We had a lot of opportunities to score and try and get that second goal and we were unfortunate at times,” he added. “We have to stay as positive as we can, there were definitely some good things that came out of the game. “It’s good that we are creating these chances, we just have to do a better job of capitalising on it as well. “We’re going to look at the tape, analyse the games and see what we can improve on, going into Saturday.” Leeds are currently leading the Championship table with 6-points ahead of 3rd placed Brentford. The Whites' upcoming game will be away against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday. source - Mirror
