"I've spoken to people": Journalist provides Thomas Partey injury update ahead of Manchester United clash

Goal journalist Charles Watts has provided an injury update on Arsenal's Thomas Partey. Joining Gunners during the summer transfer window, the Ghana international has found his playing time limited at the Emirates Stadium due to injuries. Now as Mikel Arteta's side are set to face Manchester United, Watts has revealed on his YouTube channel that Partey is closing to his first-team return. Moreover, the club is hopeful to see the player fit for the weekend's game. “I’ve spoken to people close to Thomas Partey and they were hopeful that he’d be alright for the weekend, that it was nothing too serious," he said.
