"It’s embarrassing"- Liverpool fans react to Kevin De Bruyne's Premier League claim

Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne has commented on the current Premier League condition and said that the season might have to be ended early due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, many Liverpool fans don't seem to be happy about the statement. The Reds currently sit top of the table, 25 points ahead of the Citizens and would end a 30-year wait for a league title by winning just two of their remaining fixtures. And the Belgian star believes the current season might have to be ended in order to avoid injuries to players and disruption to next season's calendar. Speaking to VTM(via HLN ), De Bruyne said: “I have no idea if we will still play. Also in England they want to wait as long as possible with a decision. "But as a footballer that is not evident. You are idle for six weeks, normally you need a preparation of three to four weeks. If we restart immediately, everyone will be injured after a few games. That cannot be the intention." The supporters of the Merseyside club were angry about De Bruyne's comments and here is what they had to say:
