Phil Foden has raved about Erling Haaland, claiming his new Manchester City teammate is a "big talent".
The Citizens celebrated a 6 - 3 victory over Manchester United in the Premier League at the weekend. Both Foden and Haaland scored hat-tricks for their team and secured three points in the title run.
Foden admits the City squad is now getting used to playing alongside Haaland. According to him, the Norwegian international has already impressed despite not even fully adapting to the new environment.
"We're definitely getting more used to Erling Haaland in the team. I'm building a connection with him which is nice to see. He’s such a big talent and I'm enjoying playing with him. He's such a new player and we're all still getting used to playing with him..." Foden said, via City Xtra.
“It’s scary what he's already done, and he's not even settled. It's still a new partnership. A lot of things we can improve and get better on. We have to build on this result and keep getting better. His attitude is fantastic, always doing right."
