Inter Milan are jumping into the battle for AS Monaco midfield star Bernardo Silva.
The 22-year-old Portugal international has been one of the great revelations of the Champions League this season.
It’s understood that Manchester United have negotiated first refusal on Silva thanks to their close relationship with Monaco and his agent Jorge Mendes.
Nevertheless, according to Tuttosport, the Serie A side ambitious Chinese owners have big plans for the summer market.
The Milan club are willing to offer €50 million for Silva – which would leave United having to match or better their proposal to keep him away from Milan.
