Ilkay Gundogan leaves out Cristiano Ronaldo when naming the world's three best players

Cristiano Ronaldo is still doing extraordinary things in football, despite turning 35 last month. The player has scored 21 goals in 22 Serie A appearances, which included scoring in 11 consecutive Italian top-flight games. However, Manchester City star Ilkay Gundogan does not think that is the case any more. The Manchester City midfield was asked on Twitter who he thinks are the best players in the world. He thinks Lionel Messi is still the best player in the world, followed by club teammate Kevin De Bruyne and PSG star Kylian Mbappe.
