'I know I'm ready' - Player drops hint on possible transfer to Arsenal, agent dealing with offers

Renato Sanches has dropped new hints on his potential January transfer. Earlier this month Gazzetta dello Sport claimed that Arsenal were keen on signing the Portuguese in the summer, but didn't meet Lille’s asking price. Later Le10 Sport stated that Mikel Arteta's side are ‘very interested’ in the midfielder and ‘have made their interest known’ to him. Speaking in an interview with L’Equipe, the 24-year-old confirmed he's aware of every offer, as per Fabrizio Romano.

“Maybe AC Milan and Arsenal are interested, but I don't know. I've spoken to my agent, I know which clubs are calling me but I can't say right now," said Renato.   "But I know I'm ready. If an offer comes in, I’ll find out what’s best for me”.

  Sanches' words could be encouragement for the Gunners and they might offer another bid for the Portugal international in the January transfer window.
