Harry Redknapp comments on Dele Alli’s form at Tottenham

Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp spoke about Dele Alli’s current form, stating he can be an incredible player if he gets back to his best. Alli has suffered from injuries for almost two seasons now and struggles to get back to his best form. Lately, he lost his spot in the England team, which is said to be a wake-up call to him. Speaking to Sky Sports, Redknapp shared his thoughts about Spurs: “When I look at the team, they are full of good players everywhere. It is the same group of players - but one or two are not playing as well,” he said. "Dele Alli, I love him, what a footballer, but he has not been in the same form as he showed, maybe over a year ago. He comes back to form, he is an incredible player.” The 23-year-old scored 18 goals for Tottenham in the 2016/17 campaign, but didn’t manage to repeat the same in the last two seasons, however, he has shown glimpses of his old self in Tottenham’s last two matches, with coming back into Pochettino’s starting line-up. Tottenham’s upcoming match will be against Liverpool on Sunday, in the frames of Premier League.
