Harry Kane has taken to Twitter to pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II following her death at the age of 96.
The Queen of England died on Thursday, September 8 as Buckingham Palace shared a statement.
The tributes for Her Majesty continue to pour and Kane took to Twitter to write:
"My thoughts are with the Royal Family at this very difficult time. The Queen was an amazing inspiration and will be remembered for her incredible years of service to this country. Rest in peace, Your Majesty," wrote the England national team captain.
