Arsenal attacker Olivier Giroud insists he accepts the criticism of the London club legend Thierry Henry.
The 30-year-old striker was heavily criticised by the Frenchman earlier this season.
” I followed it, it all came to my ears. He is absolutely right in his remarks,” he told RMC.
“To be a champion, you need three forwards who can put 50 goals together. Today, we are not there. It has been misinterpreted, we have made a whole lot of it. I will be glad to speak to him on the day I see him at the training centre.
“I did not want to respond to him because I know him, and I did not misinterpret his words as some have done. I take a step back from what he said to himself, I feel a certain strength of character has allowed me to get there.”
