Early Festival clues will be on offer on day one of the November Meeting at Cheltenham this afternoon.
Here, our in-form tipster nominates three value horse racing tips on ITV Racing:
1.50 Cheltenham – FANION D’ESTRUVAL
Odds: 9/2
Made a striking British debut at Newbury last November, but a few sketchy leaps put paid to his chances in the Wayward Lad at Kempton. He’s always been highly thought of at home and should this season prove he is better than a handicapper.
2.25 Cheltenham – MOSSY FEN
Odds: 5/2
Yet to fully convince Cheltenham is his ideal track but this shorter trip could iron out a few wrinkles in his game – most notably a tendency to have jumped right on his chasing bow. His trainer is going great guns, as always at this time of year, and can be trusted to have Mossy Fen ready for this assignment.
3.35 Cheltenham – GRAND MOGUL
Odds: 5/2
Lightly-raced six-year-old from a good family. Absolutely hosed up on seasonal return at Chepstow last month and is surely going to improve with that run in safe-keeping. This is much tougher, but the longer trip willalso do him a power of good. He’ll be there to pick up the pieces if the favourite falters.
