Gary Neville has shared his praise on Eric Dier, claiming Tottenham defender is "getting more confident by the week".
Former Manchester United defender, who currently works as Sky Sports pundit, was on co-commentary duty during Spurs' 2-0 win over Arsenal.
And speaking about Dier in the final stages of the game, Neville said:
“He’s stepping up. He’s getting more confident by the week.
“I think he called it at the start of the season. ‘I want to play centre-back. I’ve had enough of being shifted around’.
“He’s got pace, he’s a good leader. Good character, good on the ball. He’s being helped by the system, let’s be clear.”
