  Gary Neville has spoken out on Kalvin Phillips and Declan Rice following England's 1-0 win over Croatia. Raheem Sterling scored the only goal of the game as Kalvin Phillips provided the assist. Speaking on the ITV Football Podcast, Neville said: “Yes, I think the two in front will always happen.
