Gareth Bale's agent drops huge hint on the player's future amid United and Tottenham links

Yesterday Gareth Bale didn't come on as a substitute as Real Madrid lost 2-0 against Betis in their last match of the 2018/19 campaign. After the game, Zinedine Zidane was asked about leaving Bale on the bench, to which he answered: "I have to look at the day to day, and make decisions. And when there is something I do not like, or does not fit for me, I must do what I think best. "It might be difficult for the player -- we cannot forget all he has done here -- but I must live in the present, think of the future. We will see [if Bale stays]. I don't know what will happen, truthfully." It has been reported that the forward has been linked with a move to Premier League as two clubs, Manchester United and Tottenham, have shown an interest to sign him. Bale's agent, Jonathan Barnett, had his say on the situation. In an interview with ESPN, the agent was asked about Zidane's words on Bale: "Fine, that's his opinion." "Zidane has complete control," Barnett answered to the question whether president Florentino Perez's opinion could influence any decision over Bale's future.
