Fraser Forster left Barry Ferguson in disbelief after Scottish League Cup final

Rangers legend Barry Ferguson has admitted Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster broke his heart with “colossal” display. Celtic beat Rangers with a 1-0 score to win the Scottish Cup, thanks to Christopher Jullien’s goal. However, the winning moment of the game came three minutes later, when goalkeeper Foster saved a penalty from Alfredo Morelos. As quoted by The Daily Record, he said: “The words of the late, great Tommy Burns came flooding back to me on the full-time whistle at Hampden yesterday. But where the former Celtic manager once claimed Andy Goram broke his heart, it was Hoops hero Fraser Forster that broke mine. “I can’t believe Rangers came out of the Betfred Cup Final as losers. Anyone who watched the match would have seen they were obviously the dominant team. But Celtic had one guy in unbelievable form. It was a colossal performance from Forster.” Source- 67hailhail
