Former England national team and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jermaine Jenas says Raheem Sterling has become a leader for Manchester City, considering how he behaved himself in recent EPL match after being knocked out fro Tottenham in Champions League quarterfinals.
"Raheem Sterling
is a leader. I have never seen him as angry as he was against Tottenham. It was obvious he was still hurting from the Champions League
defeat in the week." Jenas has written for Daily Mail.
"He cares. He fights. He shows desire. Where he gets all that energy from after the World Cup and playing basically every game for Manchester City, I do not know. He is remarkable." he added.
Manchester City are now 1 point ahead of Liverpool, as currently both teams have equal amount of matches.
Merseyside club will face Cardiff City later today.
