Former Liverpool star Dejan Lovren sends a message to Virgil van Dijk and the Reds ahead of Manchester United clash

Former Liverpool star Dejan Lovren has met with the Reds defender Virgil van Dijk, who is currently out with an ACL injury. Lovren joined FC Zenit during the summer transfer window. The 31-year-old has made 23 appearances this season in which he has scored 2 goals and provided one assist for the Russian side. Liverpool are preparing to host Manchester United today and Lovren taking to Twitter shared a picture of himself and Van Dijk along with a message to the player as well as to the club. He wrote: "It was nice to see my former teammate Virgil van Dijk today. A tough injury he had, but he looks stronger than ever, soon brother you will be on top of your level again. "Good luck to LFC in today's derby. We are with you!"
