Fenerbahce are ready to make a swoop for Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil

Fenerbahce are planning to make a swoop for Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil, according to reports from Turkey. The German failed to make an impact in north London under Unai Emery last season and is among the club’s top earners who could be offloaded in the summer transfer window. It’s known that Ozil is a boyhood Fenerbahce fan, and the Turkish club are confident they can bring the midfielder in on loan for the season after drawing up a transfer plan. Ozil earns around £13.5million per season at Arsenal but  Fenerbahce are looking to pay £8million towards his wages for the coming campaign. The Gunners will pay the remaining £5.5million owed to Ozil for the season, report Fanatik.
