Fabrizio Romano provides update on Chelsea's January transfer plans

Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on Chelsea's plans for the January transfer window. According to the sports journalist, the club are still trying to recall Emerson Palmieri from Lyon as Thomas Tuchel wants him at Stamford Bridge. The French side have turned down the first approach, however, the Blues seem determined and ready to offer compensation. As for Everton's Lucas Digne, the deal is now looking very unlikely at the moment.
